CUSTOMER:

TERMS:

1) Invoice is generated using price listed in each product for Customer.

2) Payment terms are 60/40 – 60% to Pondera Publishing, LLC and 40% to Customer. This split is based upon the price listed in this product listing.

3) Terms are 30 days and Pondera accepts checks. Square or other fee based invoicing is available. Customer pays for fees, usually 3%.

4) Shipping is added to the final total as a separate invoice based on best pricing available using USPS Media Mail or other preferred Customer shipping. Customer is welcome to generate their own pdf for a shipping label which we will attach. Seller will ship securely and safely and insured.

5) No returns.

6) Seller will ship books with special Customer price sticker neatly applied on the back, and with additional paper bookmarks as advertising.

7) Seller might need to create book listing in store since books may not exist in industry buying databases. Let us know how to help with this process.

Note: This is a friendly Terms and Conditions document. Seller wants the Customer to be thoroughly pleased with their experience. We aim to please and assist in any way so that the Customer can sell lots of books.

Also:

1) Seller will gladly provide digital images and suggested text to Customer to assist in marketing campaigns.

2) Seller will occasionally offer special deals to encourage sales and will coordinate with Customer.
